1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a shipment notification along with dispatch details once your order has been shipped.
During festive seasons, exhibitions, or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

3. Transporter Dispatch & Tracking
Bulk or B2B orders are generally dispatched through the transporter preferred by the buyer. If no specific transporter is mentioned, Vagmi Fashion will select a suitable and trusted logistics partner.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a LR number / tracking ID via email or WhatsApp for tracking your shipment.
4. Delivery & Receipt Guidelines
- Please inspect all cartons/packages at the time of delivery.
- An opening video is mandatory for any claims related to:
- Counting mismatch with invoice
- Transit damage
- Shortage or missing items
- Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Vagmi Fashion is not liable for any loss or damage occurring in transit once goods are handed over to the transporter or courier company.
However, we will provide full support in filing a claim or complaint with the logistics partner.
6. Address & Contact Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and transporter details are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India through reputed transporters, couriers, and logistics partners.
For international B2B shipments, buyers are requested to contact us directly to discuss shipping options, export packaging, and freight charges.
