  Bulk or B2B orders are generally dispatched through the transporter preferred by the buyer. If no specific transporter is mentioned, Vagmi Fashion will select a suitable and trusted logistics partner.
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a LR number / tracking ID via email or WhatsApp for tracking your shipment.

  4. Delivery & Receipt Guidelines

  • Please inspect all cartons/packages at the time of delivery.
  • An opening video is mandatory for any claims related to:
    • Counting mismatch with invoice
    • Transit damage
    • Shortage or missing items
  • Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  Vagmi Fashion is not liable for any loss or damage occurring in transit once goods are handed over to the transporter or courier company.
  However, we will provide full support in filing a claim or complaint with the logistics partner.

  6. Address & Contact Accuracy

  Please ensure that your shipping address and transporter details are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  Return & Exchange Policy –

  At Vagmi Fashion, we take utmost care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Each item is thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch. However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects or discrepancies, we offer an exchange policy as detailed below.

  1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.
  • Requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • There is no money refund under any circumstances — only replacement or exchange for eligible items.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for exchange.

  2. Conditions for Exchange

  To process an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The invoice or order number must be provided while reporting the issue.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Minor colour variations, fabric texture differences, or slight measurement variations (up to 1 inch) are not considered defects, as these are normal in textile production.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged.

  3. Once approved, ship the defective product(s) back to our warehouse.
  4. Upon receiving and verifying the returned item(s), we will dispatch the replacement product(s).
     • Reverse pickup may be arranged in select cases depending on location and courier serviceability.

  5. Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for returning the product(s) safely to our warehouse.
  • Vagmi Fashion will not be liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
  • Replacement shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the buyer.
