3. Transporter Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a LR number / tracking ID via email or WhatsApp for tracking your shipment.Bulk or B2B orders are generally dispatched through the transporter preferred by the buyer. If no specific transporter is mentioned, Vagmi Fashion will select a suitable and trusted logistics partner.
4. Delivery & Receipt Guidelines
- Please inspect all cartons/packages at the time of delivery.
- An opening video is mandatory for any claims related to:
- Counting mismatch with invoice
- Transit damage
- Shortage or missing items
- Claims without an unedited opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy –
At Vagmi Fashion, we take utmost care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Each item is thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch. However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects or discrepancies, we offer an exchange & Refund policy as detailed below.
1. Exchange & Refund Eligibility
- Refund are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.
- Exchanges of size and colour is accepted.
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To process an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Minor colour variations, fabric texture differences, or slight measurement variations (up to 1 inch) are not considered defects, as these are normal in textile production.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
- Since we also operate as a B2B manufacturer and wholesaler, all products are made, packed, and allocated specifically as per order — hence cancellation is not feasible after processing begins.
- If cancellation is requested before dispatch and payment, Vagmi Fashion may review the request at its sole discretion.
2. Cancellation by Vagmi Fashion
- Vagmi Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Non-availability of stock or raw materials
- Inaccurate or incomplete order/payment details
- Suspicious transactions or bulk order misuse
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, transport strikes, etc.)
If any order is cancelled by Vagmi Fashion after payment, the customer will be notified immediately, and the amount (if received) will be adjusted or refunded within 7- working days.
